The 2009 Penfield property assessment was poorly executed. This video will highlight some of the problems, the tax implications and how it would be done differently under my leadership.

Steve's campaign
I would like to congratulate Steve on running the kind of campaign everyone can be proud of.
Steve has been well-spoken, concise, focused on the important issues, and very detailed in his opinions. I had many chances to watch the various forums (PBA, PGI, Steve's video blogs) and was very quickly able to understand the issues, Steve's root cause analysis, and possible solutions.
In the candidate forums, Tony LaFountain continues to supply stock answers (in my opinion: Monroe County Republican party answers) and Margarett Trevett displayed a lack of background in the issues with an unfocused opinion. Steve has shown he really cares about Penfield and understands the issues we face going forward.
The news of flat tax rates (only part of the equation), an open budget process (no input from the residents), and a Monroe County Republican party (MCRP) driven agenda have gotten old real fast. The Town Board works for the residents, not the MCRP. It’s time to serve the residents
An open government, diverse opinions, and non-partisan leadership is what Penfield needs. Steve Nazarian is what Penfield needs.
